Why do fireman wear red suspenders?

Think about it. is it so they dont focus on the fire so much? Is it because it matches the rest of their apparel? No. They wear red suspenders to keep their pants up. But wait... why RED suspenders? Who cares. By asking yourself this question, you focus on RED instead of the suspenders. Focus on the wrong thing. The lesson to be learned here is that we overanalyze the situation in our lives.
